Universidade Católica and Goethe-Institut promote Cycle of Debates on "The future of knowledge"

The Goethe-Institut, in collaboration with the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, will promote four events that will address the future of knowledge and learning from different perspectives: reading in the digital age, the future of language learning, digital and analog forms of memory, and the role of robots in the human learning process.

On March 30th, from 7pm, Gerhard Lauer and Isabel Alçada will talk about the future of reading and the future of books. The conversation "THE BOOK IS DEAD. LIVE THE BOOK!" will be held by Peter Hanenberg, Vice-Rector of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

On 27 April, starting at 19.00, Michaela Sambanis and Anita Gröger will be talking about the future of language learning. The conversation "THE LANGUAGE LABORATORY" will be moderated by Ana Margarida Abrantes.
