Católica Medical School invites you to participate in the Webinar “Sleep and Aesthetic Medicine”, which will take place on May 13, at 9:00 am.

Sleep is considered one of the pillars of health, as it plays a key role in the individual's homeostasis, namely in the growth and renewal of various systems, including the skin. In recent years, there has been an increase in sleep disorders because of the lifestyle of modern societies, shift work, obesity, socio-psychological problems, and the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Join us in this Webinar where we will discuss the role of Aesthetic Medicine in the holistic approach of the individual, review the basic concepts of skin and aging, discuss the bidirectional relationship between sleep and skin aging and the relationship between skin pathologies and disorders of the sleep.
