UCP Editora  organises the launch of the book "The Economy of Francisco. A glossary to repair the language of economics", on 1 August at 15h00.

The presentation will be given by Margarida Ferreira Marques and José Pereira de Almeida and moderated by Stefano Rozzoni (Universität Graz, Austria).

On 16 November, the book "Lugares da afetividade e da sexualidade na configuração da identidade pessoal" ("Places of affectivity and sexuality in the configuration of personal identity"), by UCP Press, will be launched at the Bookshop of the Universidade Católica in Lisbon.

The launch of the book "A Influência de terceiros na decisão de contratar: Do Dolo de Terceiro à Responsabilidade de Terceiros por Informações" by UCP Editora will take place on 22 November, at 6 pm.

This event will feature presentations by Rui Pinto Duarte and Manuel Carneiro da Frada, Faculty of Law, University of Porto, as well as the presence of the author Fernando Oliveira e Sá.

The UCP Bookshop is hosting the launch of the book ‘’Desafios da Ética na Investigação‘’ (Challenges in Research Ethics), a collective work that brings together 11 researchers, on 7 October at 17h30.

The presentation will be made by Isabel Capeloa Gil, President of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Mara de Sousa Freitas, President of the UCP Health Ethics Commission and Ana Mineiro, Director of the UCP Faculty of Health Sciences and Nursing.

The Universidade Católica Portuguesa bookshop is organising the launch of the book, from UCP Editora`s Argumento collection, "O Conforto no Cuidar", on 18 November at 6pm.

The event will be presented by Américo Pereira ( Assistant Professor at FCH) and will be attended by Fr. José Manuel Pereira de Almeida (Vice Rector of UCP) and the author Patrícia Pontífice Sousa.

Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (CLSBE), is holding the Webinar ‘The Sustainable Development Goals as a Strategic Management Tool’ on 30 January at 14:30.

UCP Press is organising the debate "Culture in Plural", on June 6th, at 7pm, in Praça Amarela, at the Lisbon Book Fair, as part of the celebrations of its 25th anniversary.

Isabel Capeloa Gil, President of the Universidade Católica, and Paulo Pires do Vale, Commissioner for the National Arts Plan, are the guest speakers of this session, moderated by Alexandra Lopes, vice-director of the Faculty of Human Sciences.

A celebration will follow next to UCP Press pavilion (D36 and D37), with cake and a toast.

As part of the 10th anniversary of Pi magazine, UCP Editora is holding a debate on "The new EU Regulation on Artificial Intelligence" by Vítor Palmela Fidalgo, FD UL, on 16 June at 6 p.m. in the Red Square of the Lisbon Book Fair.

The conversation will also include José Martins, director and actor, and António Bexiga, musician, Projeto Raia. The moderator will be Miguel Carretas, AUDIOGEST.
