No. International students cannot benefit from a social grant from the Portuguese state. 

Católica offers support, but it is not extended to international students. 

However, you can take advantage of the Católica’s Incentive Programme for Solidarity and Professional Development. This programme aims to indirectly support students regularly enrolled in Católica’s Bachelor's and Integrated Master's degrees and allows them to develop individual and collective skills that will be useful throughout their professional careers.
