Universidade Católica promotes sustainable mobility at its headquarters
Universidade Católica Portuguesa has rehabilitated the bicycle parking area at its headquarters in Lisbon in order to improve the conditions of this space, providing greater comfort and safety for users who opt for more sustainable mobility.
Located just outside the bar on the ground floor of the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics building, this new parking space has 10 racks that can be used twice, allowing up to 20 bicycles or other bicycles such as scooters to be parked simultaneously.
This rehabilitation project is in line with the University's ongoing commitment to sustainability, encouraging the use of alternative and ecologically responsible means of transport. In addition to this park, the Católica community in Lisbon also benefits from 4 reserved spaces, equipped with 22kW posts, for the exclusive use of electric vehicle charging.
Promoting forms of transport such as cycling contributes significantly to reducing the ecological footprint and building a healthier and more sustainable environment for everyone.
