Francis Fukuyama is special guest at Institute for Political Studies Dinner-Debate

It was last Friday, September 2nd, that Francis Fukuyama, philosopher and economist, spoke and debated about Ukraine, Liberalism, and the future of Europe and the United Kingdom at the Dinner-Debate organized by the Institute for Political Studies (IEP), Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP).

The event was chaired by Isabel Capeloa Gil, President of UCP, and was attended by João Carlos Espada, Director of IEP, José Durão Barroso, Director of the Centre for European Studies at Católica, as well as by friends and teachers from the institute.

The moment was closed with a toast of Port wine.
