Workshops UCP2 Mental Health Estudantes | Online

UCP2 Mental Health launches new topics in its Mental Health Literacy and Psychological First Aid Workshops for students, which will take place from March 10 to May 21.

Four online workshops will be presented, aimed at all students of the Universidade Católica:

• “Friendship or Trap? Identifying and Navigating Toxic Relationships”
  • March 10, 2:00 - 3:30 pm | March 19, 3:30 - 5:00 pm
• “From Digital Connection to Human Presence: Disconnect to Reconnect”
  • April 14, 2:00–3:30 pm | April 23, 3:30–5:00 pm
• “Social Anxiety: Understanding Fear in Social Situations”
  • April 28, 2:00–3:30 pm | May 7, 3:30–5:00 pm
• “Ghost the Blue Mondays”
  • May 12, 2:00–3:30 pm | May 21, 3:30–5:00 pm

Take part in these workshops and learn practical strategies for preventing difficulties and supporting someone close to you. Remember that mental health is everyone's responsibility.
