On October 10, International Mental Health Day, the Social Responsibility Office (GRS) is organising an awareness campaign at the headquarters of the Universidade Católica in Lisbon.

With the aim of raising awareness of mental health among the academic community and publicising UCP's Mental Health Service (SSM), the GRS team, the SSM technical team and psychology students and from student associations and clubs will distribute flyers and approach the students.

The action will take place from 12 pm to 2.30 pm, at the entrance to the 3 buildings, bars and canteens of the Palma de Cima Campus.

On may 30, the 3rd episode of MindCast, a podcast dedicated to promoting mental health, will be launched with the motto "Time Organisation and Stress Management in the Examination Phase".

Cátia Branquinho, researcher, psychologist and professor at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, is the guest on this episode, which you can listen to on Spotify and Anchor.
