11. After Registration/Enrolment
After you are enrolled, you will receive an email from your student affairs office with all the essential information. If you still have questions, please contact your Academic Unit.
Once you have been enrolled by Academic Services, you will receive an email within a week with the access credentials to your Católica account.

You will receive instructions from your Academic Unit regarding the student card.
The request for the transportation card declaration can only be done online through ESCA.
The declaration will be immediately available for download. If you experience any problems, please send an email to academicservices.lisboa@ucp.pt
You can pick up documents requested by ESCA at the School Office (Library Building - floor 0, weekdays from 9am to 6pm), and also present the originals of your application documents. If the documents have been digitally signed, there is no need to go to the school office.
There are other services available that you can consult here.
To change some personal details (address, mobile phone number or email),
- in Fénix (Católica-Lisbon and Fac. de Medicina) go to ‘My Fénix’ / ‘Personal Area’.
To change your ID card details, such as number, expiry date, etc., you must upload them to the platform.
- at ESCA (other faculties) go to ‘Services’ / ‘Personal information’.
To change the information on your ID document, such as the number, expiry date, etc., send a scan of the new document to academicservices.lisboa@ucp.pt.

Católica takes out school insurance, which is extended to all students.
In the event of an accident, the costs must be paid by the student and then reimbursed by the insurance company.
Claims should be reported to Academic Services as soon as possible, following the procedure below:
- print out the claim form, available on the Academic Services website, and fill it in;
- attach a detailed medical report (written in Portuguese or English);
- send the claim form, the medical report and the expenses incurred by email to academicservices@ucp.pt;
Yes, school insurance coverage includes students participating in Erasmus or other mobility abroad programmes. It also includes internships organized by the Academic Units.
Please check the site of your Academic Unit, and if you need help, send an email to your programme’s student affairs office.
