Transform4Europe Alliance meets for the first time at Universidade Católica
The meeting of the institutional coordinators of the Transform4Europe Alliance (T4UE) was held at the headquarters of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Lisbon, from 13 to 14 December. In this first meeting of the T4UE coordinators to be held at Católica, the group defined the main elements for the application that the consortium will submit in January to support the activity for the years 2023 to 2027.
This project will cover the strengthening of cooperation in the field of education and research, cooperation with the regions where T4EU universities are located, and the expansion of global cooperation.
Present at the meeting were Peter Hanenberg and Isabel Vasconcelos, Vice-Rectors of Universidade Católica, as well as Mariya Stoycheva, Vice-Rector of Sofia University, Cornelius Köning, Vice-Rector of Saarland University, Tomaz Pietrzykowski, Vice-Rector of Silesia University, Alberto Pallavicini, Vice-Rector of Trieste University and Alain Trouillet, Vice-Rector of Jean Monet Saint Étienne University. The institutional coordinators of each member of the Alliance were also in attendance.
Transform4Europe is a consolidated partnership composed of universities with a high degree of complementarity and a vast experience in cross-border, intra-European and global cooperation, and in collaboration with and for their respective regions. The alliance presents itself as one of the main vectors of the internationalisation of Católica.
