Students at Universidade Católica Portuguesa can take part in numerous clubs and extracurricular activities that enrich academic life. Learn about four student-run groups dedicated to debates and social causes.

HeForShe

In Lisboa and Porto, students can be part of the respective HeForShe groups. This is a solidarity movement for gender equality, founded by the UN. In this club, students discuss issues related to gender equality and carry out events, podcasts, research projects and other actions.

Debating Society | Lisboa

Students at Universidade Católica Portuguesa in Lisbon can participate in the Debating Society regardless of the course or faculty they attend. This academic group holds debates, events, and training sessions on argumentation and other debate-related topics.
