Seminário: "Microbioma e saúde humana - Aplicações clínicas"

The Católica Medical School is organising the seminar "Microbiome and Human Health - Clinical applications" with a presentation by Teresa Nazareth and the participation of Mariana Moreira, on 3 April at 12.30pm.

Mariana Moreira is a nutritionist with a bachelor's in Nutritional Sciences, a master's in Clinical Nutrition, and a postgraduate degree in Nutrition in Oncology. She is currently a clinical researcher at the Gulbenkian Institute for Molecular Medicine, working in the Microbiome in Health and Disease Lab where her research focuses on using the microbiome as an actionable tool in precision oncology, with a particular emphasis on discovering new biomarkers to prevent, diagnose and treat colorectal cancer.
